Not even sure how to describe the first-ever Squat Relay Event! Must thank the entire team for the workload and encouragement as we worked and worked and worked for about 3.5 hours of straight squatting!

John- 600 reps at 95 lbs
BIGHOUSE- 506 reps at 185 lbs........must make note of the dramatic finish to the 500th rep for those in attendance! Thank you judges, Deep and Grayson!

We set out for 600 reps for 3 participants and lost one at the beginning only to recover the FIRE to INCINERATE the goal!

This was surely fueled by the new 2 + 1 scheme.....I feel we can stil reach farther in the future as the entire mind and body were really ready for work tonight!

Update at 1:30 am following session.....attempted to get off couch to stand and the front quads literally locked and gave out! Had to call Tone over for assistance to use the bathroom! Have some Pedialyte for electrolytes for the rest of tonight along with some over-feeding

An early start to assisted living too, another ground breaking epic. I thought you might have been teasing on the 500th when I saw the "wiggle", but the collapse was too real. End of neuron, over and out. It takes an intense mental game to get all your body has. You did it and did it with panache. Hope your recovery is complete soon. I think the grass cutting may be close to an epic this week.

Update: 4:41 pm Walked the UT campus earlier before a symposium (very, very sore) today! Grass mowing session now with legs that feel like they have been stuck with many knives! We will see if I can finish the lawn!

They'll feel better after they they get worse, and scab over inside. Still can't believe that 500th, freaky......like legs were unplugged. I've been seeing a commercial all day about the Hoveround wheelchair, nice to have on a day like this. Can you spell bedpan?

Wow......3 hours of yardwork involving mowing, weeding (by hand with many bends!), and some spraying. The damn legs feel great! I think this helped flush them out! Over-feeding the rest of night!

I remember posting something similar on a Saturday only to walk like a cowboy on Sunday morning. Flushed? Drano, plungered and roto-rooted I'd say.

Will be in the gym around 2 pm Sun for a nasty session! Will look at chest and may throw in some hamstrings to really flush them! Fired up Deep!

Feel quite good today, very surprised! I decided to rest Sat and Sun as I went 14 days straight with the latest being the Friday Incinerator! Will be ready and rested for Monday.

Mowing must have helped. That's how we recovered in cycling, soft pedaled the following days. First 10-15 minutes like picking scabs, owch.
