I chopped my hair off yesterday. Maybe that helped with the weight loss 😜😜
Kentucky bound today for my cousins wedding.

186.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb. Still to go: 31.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 7.7 lb a week
