Tossed you guys a bone tonight.........late night squat session to get back into things after 3 weeks of no squats and to test this 2 + 1 scheme for ouput.

Blasted it tonight.......following 40 reps of warmup was able to hit 200 reps of 185 lbs in just under 50 min!!!!
This was on the 2nd day of ultra-clean eating and I can really feel the lactic acid is greatly minimized from having been depleted on the last squat volume marathon session on old food scheme. Best thing yet is tomorrow is a full reload day to recover from this session.

I am a firm believer in this 2 + 1 approach......feel more rested each day and the reserves are always available........really works!

205 minutes of trouble would be 500...... I've got to admit you were pushing the pace. 12 reps every 3 minutes, ouch. Nice work Big guy.
