I'm almost back to my low weight (.2) away.. so my hopes of reaching my 3/10 goal of 177 is still in my grasp... 3 more weigh ins... 1.4 lbs to lose... if i don't get there i'm sure i'll be really close as i always am and i'll still be proud of myself.. i was worried that my cheat weekend really messed me up... i have to get a handle on my weekends while still keeping up with my quality of life.. i dont mind the slow loss b/c the experiences are worth it but i don't want to get out of hand.. i was doing really well with Sunday cheat days but saturdays are starting to get compromised as well.

well either way, i've still managed to continue to lose so i'm happy that i'm able to keep up with this even with slip ups here and there...i know my biggest downfall this weekend was sodium (i was a goldfish whore this weekend) but it still made me feel yucky and took longer to drop my weekend weight than it did last week.

i hope i can just push to reach my goal for the month, that will have me at a 3.2 loss for february/march.... and that much closer to my goal for the year :)

You can do it!!!! I've "cheated" twice, but luckily had the calories to spare. Not only weren't they not as good, I felt awful after eating them. So I've been pretty picky about which foods I snack on. I pick things I know I like (fruits/veggies) and something close to what I really like. I love love love love ice cream....frozen yogurt or sherbert is better. So i have a tub of low fat frozen yogurt smoothie in the freezer. What I did was combined that with fresh strawberries for a great end of the day treat!!! It's just always keeping the measuring cups handy for me.

@ kristi - well i allow myself a cheat day on sundays where i'm not tracking anything, saturday i allow for an increase in cals and mon-fri i'm very strict... and its been working and even with being laid back i'm still able to get back to my low weight for the previous week, however this week bc of all the salt i'm guessing, i took an extra day to get back to my pre-cheat weight... i just need to be careful... i look forward to tomorrows weigh in.. :) thanks for ur encouragement and your good snack ideas!
