Phase 4 Begins:

Phase 1 was a full week of relentless over-feeding over Xmas time.
Phase 2 was a 1-1.5 days per week of reloading and over feeding following ~5 days of clean jean eating habits.
Phase 3 was completed this week: Full 6 days off from any workouts combined with relentless over-feeding.
Phase 4 begins this week. Will consist of a 2-1 approach for the next 6 months. Will be 2 days of ultra-clean jean followed by a third day of reloading. Purpose will be to avoid emptying the glycogen stores from the reload prior to the next reload. Should contribute to insane intensity levels in the gym while racing the metabolism at a rate never before achieved. Anticipate the ability to handle new levels of volume and weight for some new ideas and schemes, eg 500-600 rep squat sessions and multiple hundred rep bench sessions.

It begins......time to play very hard now!

I think you'll get a great hormone response to boot. Big house growth, with power to spare. A great idea for you Big that could be taken to a leanish 275lbs easily. Bench/squat in the fives, new clothes too. We miss you at the Hurry House. Please drive safely on the return, if your not back already.

Thanks Deep! Arrived safely last night around 11....will be in gym tonight for a session. Planning this food scheme and also playing plenty of games here! Took vacation day tomorrow so I could better adjust. Ready to roll Deep!
