My weight goes up and down. But anyhow, what has helped me during this week to stop craving is coffee. I have never had regular coffee until this week. I have probably had like 4 frappes in my life and 5 decafs and im in my late 20s. wow, but hey its never late to start.
122.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Flavored coffee really helps my sugar cravings and decaf is a great desert substitute. 'Steep-n-Brew' is my fave brand and 'Irish Whiskey and Creme' my fave flavor. Some stores have them for 0.99 a packet...so yummy! Best Wishes!!!

I'm like Glen. I love Starbucks, haha. I had to cut out their Frappuccinos for the time being because they're full of sugar and a lot of calories, but they're my favorite. Midnight Mint Mocha and Java Chip are dangerous! I'm not sure what your dietary requirements are, but they do provide alternatives like sugar free syrup and coconut milk. I'm still experimenting with different mixes to have less sugar in my diet, but their Narino 70 Cold Brew is a good start. I'd recommend asking them to add cocounut milk because it's very strong, though. I also like to add a little half & half and some kind of sweetener (I use Stevia). It's good with their iced coffee too.
