Preparing for tomorrow
We are going to have a potluck at work - dangerous times. Since the topic is international food and they call it picnic I decided something very German, Currywurst. It is a fried/grilled kind of sausage, sliced up, topped with ketchup and curry powder. I actually found some Curry-ketchup, already seasoned and will bring it along. a dash of curry on top of it enhances the flavor. I have not really a clue what else they will have. One of our contractors will have a grill going. Let me see if I will be able to log what I eat. I will stick with low carb but no idea where the calories will go :-)

You will do fine...don't want to mess up that nice loss! I truly miss German food. My first husband was German and we always were going to family get togethers, festivals, or German Park for good food, dancing and steinhager...there are no German restaurants in West Texas. What a shame...
