Woke at 204.2, down 1.6 after a 2000 plus calorie day, but one with limited carbohydrates. Seeing a pattern here! Was going to do a 600 calorie IF day today but I have to fast tomorrow for a hospital procedure anyway, so I am going to shift my IF day to Thursday this week. Targeting 2066 calories today. UPDATE: Beautiful day. Got a lot of housework done while I did my five miles. Good day of eating. A little too much ranch dressing with salad and a glass of red wine got me to 2335 calories, but good on carbs. Tomorrow we go in for an exploratory biopsy to ensure I’m still doing great. Will use that opportunity to fast until the late afternoon and do a 5:2 IF day.

I ate 2620 calories last night. I broke OMAD and are what I've been wanting. Im happy I'm still 212 today, but barely.... LOL. I'm not starving this morning... It's gonna be a good day. I wish I could have as many calories like you everyday. But I tested it for over a month. If I'm eating 1500 calories consistently I don't lose!!!!! I do go over that at times but my calories stay 1450 and under mostly. You're formate!!

why does it show less protein on the one side and more on the other side when done your meals for the day I eat more protein but it shows less or is that for each meal, the amount of protein etc

okay when you put in your meals for the day it shows percentage of each one eg.carbs protein, etc, then on the right side it shows actual amounts, I guess!!!, so which one. is right I eat a fair amount of protein and it only showed 16 percent compared to carbs etc, so does this mean I not getting enough protein to lose the. bit I need too.
