TWEAKING THE FOOD JOURNAL..good mornin..was looking at my salt intake yesterday an went back in an took out some spices that had more salt then i thought i needed..made a tweak here an there..and then making the changes in how my portion sizes are that go into my mouth..thats what its all about ..crunching the numbers to get better results..in inches as well as the scales..another month is almost over an feeling really good about my results this month..can see it in my baggy clothes as well as my belt havin to have a new hole put in it..im shrinking..what a feeling to have..

rode the watopia route in zwift yesterday..needed 14 miles to hit my weekly ave..i smashed it with a 20.4 mile ride...took me 1.20 min to ride the route..i like that ride cause your going past volcanoes an it all looks so real passing the lava flows..had an elevation of 495..so yes was riding uphills along the ways..stopped at mile 14..as drinking electrolytes in my water just wasnt enough to give me the energy i needed to keep riding..an went to kitchen to grab a banana ..ate that on way back to get on trainer..an it gave my butt a much needed break as well..lol..ended up hitting my weekly goal..so big smile on my face..todays suppose to be day off but i never know cause if later on today i get bored..or i feel like it..i might get a ride in anyways an take a different day off..last week it was tuesday that i took day off..just one of them play it as day goes on..

a day in the 50s today..hit an miss on rain..farmers are needing the rain i hear..looking like 70 by weekend..but thats liable to change as week goes along...

tea latte was good..just finished it off..its weigh in day on fs..but i have no release to show..if i measured myself..i might have something to show on journal..but i dont..gonna try jeans on later..to see if the 38s are any looser then last time i tried em on..im sure from all the riding i have been doing im gaining muscle in my legs an other places..an yes i have a scales that measures body fat..but scales is like alot of other stuff in the world..to smart for me to fully understand to set..

HAVE A GREAT MONDAY..YES i know some of you have to work today..sorry...been there done that..
