It has been hard to stay motivated this week. I pulled my hamstring on Tuesday (bowling of all things!!) and my trainer had me take two days off to give it a chance to heal. I wish I could say that two days off from the gym meant stellar behavior on my food choices, but it didn't. I took the opportunity to enjoy some adult beverages with some co-workers, and yesterday, we ordered pizza. Well, back on the wagon! Time to re-motivate and keep moving onward and downward.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 52.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I seem to do the same thing - exercise keeps me more on track...on my non-exercise days I seem to want to eat more
