Good Morning Dear Diary, It's a quiet morning as I write in my diary. The Snow & Icy weather has given way to RAIN and lots of it, so it's pretty much keeping me indoors, but that's okay because I have ALL the exercise equipment I need here in my home to keep my exercising routine on track. I'm so happy with the progress I've been making with my weight loss. Today marks EXACTLY 6 months to the day that I started this most exciting ADVENTURE to a healthy new me. At this point I have officially lost 37.6 lbs. In the next 6 months I should easily reach my goal weight of 140.0 lbs. Here's to Low Carb Eating.
