Woke at 215.6, up 1.0 after a 2500 calorie day where I ate dinner out and did a little snacking late at night. Going to target 600 calories today on the final IF day of the week. UPDATE: Did not do my walking today or push out a lot of water. As a result, water weight went up three pounds from yesterday. Made it to 600 calories by the end of dinner, but added celery, peanut butter, and 3 Flackers later. Eating about 1600 tomorrow.

Ha! I bought some radishes, too. My dear husband isn't buying into the fact they might taste like a potato when cooked with a roast.. He says ... "why not just eat a potato?" He just doesn't get it. LOL! Good job on the veggies today!

I started laughing when I read Flackers. I thought you must have meant crackers and had been posting via your cell phone and had auto-correct. Then, I googled it. AHA! You must have gotten these through Thrive Market. Well, do not eat any more. You are at 800 calories. That should be fine. :o)
