If you want some more visual instructions on how to make it, here is a link from a German site with a video at the bottom. " http://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/2531951396733645/Blumenkohl-Bombe.html " I searched english sites but there is nothing like it.

Jozette was kind enough to give me the recipe and instructions, so it's only fair that I share it with everyone.
As promised in my journal, here is the recipe:
1 large cauliflower
1 lbs. ground meat; half pork/ half beef
1 medium onion
3 oz. shredded cheese
5 oz. sour cream (or double cream/crème fraîche if you can get it)
8 oz. bacon
Salt and pepper
Cook the whole cauliflower in (salt)water for 10 min. Remove from pot and let it drip off.
In a bowl mix finely chopped onions with the ground meat, the shredded cheese, the sour cream and some salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture around the cauliflower and then wrap it with bacon. (It might help to spread the florets a little bit apart to make it stick better, not sure yet.)
Bake at 180°C/355F for 45 - 60 min.
I am thinking either to reduce the size of the cauliflower, mine weighed 2 lbs. or increase the amount of meat. The meat layer is way thinner than on the photo that goes with the recipe.
