Woke at 216.2, down 2.0 after a nice sleep in. Ate 22 net carbs yesterday so hoped to show a little ketosis on the stick, but not yet. Targeting 1639 calories today and will fast until dinner. Hope I can get below 215 for the first time this week. Have been successful at increasing calorie burn by walking 4-5 miles a day.

It's coming down!! It takes a while to get into ketosis, so don't worry. It will happen eventually. :o) I remember last year when I finally got into it ... it was just a trace amount but I was so happy!!! It took me weeks to do it. Now, that you have mentioned your walking (which is just great ... 4 -5 miles a day???? Awesome!) I had best get moving on my elliptical. Have a great weekend.

Well done. I walk about 10 K every night ...in my dreams that's why I wake up shattered! I wish I was more active to be honest . I keep making excuses for myself 😱
