Not a New Year's Resolution
I hope everyone had a good time over the holiday. I did and that is good. I have been off the woe for quite some time, slowly nut surely gaining back. Before it get to where I was I decided go through Christmas and then cut it out again. And here I am, starting to keep track of what I am eating. Without it it just does not work (at least for me and now).

Yup, it seems I'm doing it or not doing it, and not doing it means gaining. So, back to doing it!
