ok, pain in the you know what! I'm back up a pound! BUT I know it is just the up/down/crazy thing that happens. I'm not going to let it get to me, at least not anymore than it has so far! I'm keeping true to me & my WOE. Yep I know it was probably the extra Mac nuts I had close to midnight.....stupid craving.....So now I'm going to be off the nuts until I am stable at a lower number.....probably go 'nuts' in the mean time lol.
