Hello everyone,

I know i dont get on here much any more but my life is becoming full. I now am attending Clayton State University 2 nights a week and have an on line class the other two nights of the week. I have not had a chance to get to the gym in 2 weeks and that is about to get to me. I miss going to the gym. But as soon as i get into some type of routine and get the new place in order, i plan on getting back with it. I miss talking to you guys. I hope all is well with everyone.

Let me empathize with you. I also am going to school. Congratulations on moving forward with your life, just don't loose sight of the other positive things in your life, like better health. (I find it too easy to get lost in my school work.)

i keep up with my food journal every day so that part is still good. i make sure i keep track of what i eat, even though for the most part i eat the same things every day. i usually consume about 940 calories a day. so that part is good. i just miss my friends on here that i have made since i have been in the community. i do get on as often as i can and read the journal postings and the weight loss of others. anyway...time to get to homework and tests....good night all

Good for you going back for school, I admire that, it's not easy. You're doing a lot right now, but I think you're going to do great!

Tina, after years of being a wife and Mom, there are a thousand things you wanted/needed to do for you that got set aside, put off till later.....when you first came here you seemed to be searching for a path - a direction. I think you found it! You have done so well, feeling better, looking good, getting healthy, gaining confidence....now back in school. I am so very very proud of you! You've come a long way baby!!!!!
