not much but I'll take it!
174.5 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ThNX HBC! I know what u r saying but I'm fighting the mind over DOING! If I could just get my head in the game I'd be done by now! I love reading your journals as they are so POSITIVE. I am lucky enough to belong to a gym and afford a trainer....geeeeez I wish I could get with it!
