Back in the saddle. 24hr water fast today. Starting the Body Beast again after 11 days off. No more binge eating and not logging. Back to normal routine just smoke free :-) I miss my muscles :-) dh was flown out to NY City for an interview today. Hmmmm. That's a new one. He landed safely, now prayers for a safe trip home. 👍🏻

May have to break a little early. Maybe too soon to try a 24hour. It's been 19hours and a ve had one piece of gum. I have no nicotine cravings but I'm feeling a sense of restlessness instead of that peaceful calm that I normally feel with fasting. I think I've learned my lesson with pigging out though. I can be smoke free and gluttonous free at the same time.
