I haven't worked out today, I do this 25 min thing on the treadmill I call it "burst" which is a run/walk combo, 2 or 3 minutes of lifting weights while walking, final 3 minutes are extreme hip sashaying like a Kardashian. It gives me energy but today I feel like a zombie. I got addicted to late night TV watching and maybe I'm sleep deprived because of that. Tomorrow picking up hubby and daughter from LAX so there's gonna be some house cleaning before hand. Debating to myself: should I do my burst or not? Ok, if I wrote about it, I'm putting my sneakers on... I'm getting on that treadmill!

Careful Smarty...that 25 minute "thing" is starting to sound like a workout...lol. Good for you, every little bit of movement helps...my grandad (who I'm named after) lived a very healthy life till he was 93...he said his "secret" was to do "something" (movement or activity) every day,.....Walking, gardening, tree pruning and helping us out around the farm was all I remember seeing him do...but he was thin as a whip and still had good biceps till in his 80's.
