Day 2 of eating healthy and controlling the night bingeing. Feels good to know that I am doing what I said I would do. Oh, and tonight I found a stash of pretzels and chips I had since Father's Day celebration....I dumped the bags in the trash...actually opened them and dumped! Can't be too careful here!
When I keep myself busy with my crafts, I don't even think about eating! So, that's what I did today...I made some greeting cards. So I guess I'll just keep making greeting cards and stay outta the kitchen! :o)
