logging a gain but im pretty sure I know why and Im not peeved at all. Ive been off plan for a days due to limited mobility related to my carpel tunnel so DH has been doing the cooking and doing his best but he works two jobs and I dont like asking for too much when I know he is tired. So I had some of this and that.. AND the labels on my meds read "may cause weight gain" its just for two weeks and its prolly water anyway. Today I tried to get back " on schedule" and did some hitt at lunch and will try and lift/cardio what I can. Im starting a new meal plan tomorrow (bc today is grocery day) and Im looking forward to that change tomorrow. Its mainly low carb with a few non low carb things like sweet potato but its not enough to make a huge difference in net per day. Its something like 40 net per day but thats really what Im at now. I just need the change/ break and will pu low carb 100 % in a month . this plan is more like maintenance which is where I should be any way. Im not changing my 'diet' on FS though.And this new plan calls for cardio 2 x a week. Im looking foward that. Pushing thru ! Onward!!. xoxo

Sounds like a nice change...variety which I like too. I finally had enough of all of the avocado talk (Phil's favorite), I bought 2 today. I love them so I'm finding a way to fit them in! Lol
