This weight loss was nice to see this morning. My plan allowed for pizza this weekend and I was not sure how that would contribute to losing weight.
I stayed with the plan though and I am ready monetary week 4.
Its nice to already feel a difference in my clothing. I feel energised that I will be successful in changing my lifestyle.
On to the future.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
