Losing weight started off so easy and then...dodo dodo...the body gets stubborn. Guess we just have to keep changing things up, stay focused and log log log. I stalled but now I can take my shorts off without unbuttoning them! (Yea, still need to ditch my loose clothes)

I guess realizing that weight is just ONE way to gauge progress is critical BUT we are so focused on numbers that it just makes sense that the scale needs to go down, especially when we are working so hard on losing EVERYDAY!

In reality, even losing ONE POUND a month adds up AND makes a big difference. Many of us are way to hard on ourselves but at least we care enough to work hard to get healthier for our sake, our families sake (and our pets sake : )

@FA, I feel like were on the same path lately and your posts mirror my feelings most days.. I learned a long time ago (thanks to this site and my awesome pawsome buddies) that the scale isn't the only way to measure success.. Lets do this !

Call it a body adjustment and breather guys. It has to rearrange the furniture since there is less room for it all.
