because of my strange working condition, i can`t stay steady on my work out program. its 4 years that i go to the gym and diet for 2 weeks and then for another two i won`t. so during these years my weight steadily has came up from 86kg to 93 kg.it has fluctuation but in the end now i`m 93 and i hope to return back to 85. i work out hard and use HIIT exercises too, but nothing is changed for goods yet and just stay in the same condition but bigger muscles and belly. hope to be in shape and fitter.
