This is werd, I have been on a roll in the eating department. Yesterday during the super bowl and I planned it would be my cooked meal. I had bean dip with tortilla chips. Then i had vegetarian pizza thin slice (3 slices) and a odouls non alcoholic beer. Woke up this morning starving. I had my normal fresh fruit, still starving, so had my 1 egg and one piece of rye toast, still hungry. Then i hand my avacado ect. Finally satisfied. Crazy! Why??

Very interesting! Maybe that is why I started losing weight. As I was recording what I was eating my fat intake was higher than protein and carbs. My body loves good fat!!!! Yay! Thank you!

Yes - check out http://www.dietdoctor.com to learn all about LCHF. It seems counterintuitive but works great - I have been doing it for one year already.
