ReSTART: Surprised that in so many months of not tracking anything that I have lost 1.4 lbs.
I think that indicates some lifestyle changes have occurred.
I changed my weight goal from 150 to 165 today. I am one week away from my 74th birthday and I am becoming conscious of facial wrinkles. Ready to focus on healthy range of body fat rather than scale numbers.

177.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.0 lb a week
