I kind of fell off the wagon the last couple of weeks, but I'm back on track this week. Lost 2.8 lbs this week. 2.2 lbs from goal! Woot Woot! Almost there, I can taste it. Lots of hustle and bustle coming up, I'm going to really try hard to stay on the wagon. My goal is to get to my goal before the end of the year. Good luck to all of you as you enter into the holiday season. It's okay to eat treats, just don't eat them until you are sick. And remember to keep working out. start small and add a little more each time, before you know it you'll be working out and will miss it when you don't. Crazy I know!
146.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
