Finally starting to get my head back in the game. I started a new medication (anti-depressent) that helps me not obssess about food and it's great. I eat when my body tells me I am hungry or when I know it's time to eat. I also started therapy to deal with the loss of my father. Taking care of my mind, body, and soul. Been taking care of everyone else out there, now taking time for me!

Help my eating is out of control. Stress/anxiety. Food doesn't make it go away so why do I do it! The things that do make it go away, activity, etc. I don't want to do. Seriously need to get back on track. Even though I am a WW coach, I attended a WW meeting as a member, hoping that helps.

Starting to take charge of my life again. It isn't easy. Still struggling with my Dad's death and the 15 lbs I gained while he was sick and afterwards. I started running again, that is helping me feel better mentally. Now if the sun would just come out!

Really struggling to get back on track. Keep blaming the weather, but truth be told, just can't motivate myself to make the effort. I'm getting better at walking and ran the first 5K of the year and even took 2nd place in my age class. That was cool. Soon though, I will be back on track soon!

So happy the weather is getting nicer so I can get out there and move! Makes things so much easier! Struggling with the food still, but trying to get in right mind set!
