Ok, since I've given care to the wind, gonna just enjoy the rest of the weekend BUT in moderation. Meaning.. i weighted myself and I didn't/haven't gained anything, I feel partly bc Ive been keeping up with my work outs..SO, me and DH made our 'mini" menu we do each weekend since I'm off Wednesday we do the 2nd half of the week then, and settled on Enchiladas and Tostadas this weekend. I know not low carb but like i said, in moderation, yes we will have enchi's but no rice on the side and not 6 each.. we will have tostadas but Ill eat mine as a "wrap" in a low carb tortilla. AND, this is just one meal (ok 2 meals).. the other meals will be low carb and healthy and I even went to the the store and stocked up. I feel good about this.. I'm planning on deviating from my plan (hehe) but I'm in control of what and when I eat it and I'm not a hostage to nasty cravings today. Its the holidays and I earned it. I did not buy any sweets at all.. only 2 kinds of apples and some oranges and i splurged on raspberries for my yogurt. As corny as this sounds, I feel like its part of my maintenance to learn how to eat "real" food in real situations and not just stay in my low carb bubble the rest of my life. Monday we will be back on target with some fish and bun-less burgers for Tuesday.. Anyway, yall know me.. plan plan plan..
Tg wasn't bad at all, I had only one serving each of stuffing, potatoes and green bean casserole.And 3 servings of desert (not all at once hehe) and that's it. OH and 2 sandwiches yesterday of left overs turkey salad on reeeeaaaaal bread OMG.. but other then that, I just jumped right back on the super train. Dont want to let this bring me down .. and you know what? It wasn't even all that.. once I sat down to eat, I was kinda grossed out by all the carbage and kinda glad I didn't make a metric ton like I do every year. Glad its over.
Back on track gang! we got this.. lets take the bull by the horns.. and OH for those who love/want a FIT BIT, they are having a huge sale on their website and most of them are $50.00 off ... My son ordered me a HR charge for only 112.00 / still expensive but not as bad as 159.00 and the flex is on sale too.I owned a flex and only dont know bc I lost it... CHEERS everyone !
