I LOVE Bread, but have not touched it or wheat for 8 weeks and no sugar for two weeks. No more feeling bloated and now, hopefully, that stubborn extra weight is starting to move.
175.9 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.7 lb a week
