TGIF! I am in an "I don't care" phase right now. I haven't felt well this week so I haven't been eating right or exercising and just haven't cared. I need to care because this is how I gain everything back that I've lost so far. I looked back the other day and since the beginning of the year I'm down about 8 pounds, so I need to keep that off and keep doing healthy things. It's so hard when you're body and mind are tired and you just don't want to do anything. I'm wondering if this is the depo shot taking hold already. If so, that makes up my mind that I don't want another one. If it's just from not feeling well, then hopefully I'll get out of this funk soon.

On a more positive note, I have a 3 day weekend ahead and I'm not super busy. We are having some family over to watch the first Husker football game tomorrow afternoon, but that's about it. So, I think if my brain isn't still throbbing and I can get my can-do attitude back I'm going to try to get a bunch of my homework knocked out and some workouts in. I also want to plan some lunches and dinners for next week. I need to quit getting junk for dinner just because my family whines. They need to eat healthy too, so they'll just deal with it. Maybe that's where the "I don't care" attitude will come in handy. :)

Before eating junk food just remember that it will make you feel ill, you're sensitive to food so it's better to just avoid it. That way you will also get to your goal weight. Have a great pain free weekend Mary ;-)

I began my journey because I was angry at someone who said I couldn't do it. Then I started lifting weights 'because I should' and then I started loving that so I began eating for that. It changed from diet being what I needed to lose weight to diet supporting things I wanted to do. Maybe you need a reason?

I feel the I don't care phase I am burnt out on reno and work and even to a point family because of recent stress. I mean serious calgon take me away kinda feelings. :P Looking forward to the business trip next week and a few days away from everything.
