It's been one of those hectic days where the hours just run by at a break neck speed. I hate those kind of days. Blah.
Anyhoo, I did manage to drop 1.2 pounds since Sunday -- so that's a decent start. Unfortunately, that drop is due more to my poor eating habits this past week, than following an actual diet. It's the second week of school for the kiddos and we've yet to settle in a routine. Hopefully, those kinks will work out by week's end.
That said, I'm trying my best not to eat after 6 pm. which means....
I'M STARVING!

First, call it "changing your meal plan" not diet. Keep it positive. It will help you elevate your feelings. You can do it. Why aren't you eating after 6? If I may ask...

Sound advice, GiJi, thanks!
As for the not eating after 6... The idea is to allow my body to run off what I've already consumed earlier in the day. It's something I've tried in the past that seems to work for me when I stick with it.
