There's no easy way to say this, but I'm a carb addict.

I'm a carb addict.
I'm a carb addict.
I'm a carb addict.

Somewhere, someone has said that acknowledgement of a problem is the first step in rectifying it.

Time to cut unhealthy carbs and introduce more protein and friendly carbs into my meal plan.

Hi Pretty Mama, I too am a CARB ADDICT! I went to the Endocrinologist today and was told..."No more than 45 carbs a meal!"...yikes, I am freaking out. But, I am going to give it my best...it's supposed to help my diabetes and loss weight.

I'm a carb addict too. Always was but I'm glad that these apps help me keeping track of everything I eat, droughout the day.

I was too I was too, throw all of that junk or of your kitchen, revamp your cooking. You can do this =)

Protein keep you full for longer too, You'll do great, im going to try ditching crisps, cake etc it's easier than limiting how much I have lol.

LOL - yes we all are carb addicts - but once you get away form them, the craving stops!

If you will start your day with 30 grams of Protein each day, you will find it easier to leave off the carbs. I use ANSI Flurry shakes (36g) or Premier Protein (30g). I find it easier to drink my early morning dose of protein.

I'm a carb addict too but you can feel better and have more energy after you alter your way of eating. The first week was the hardest for me but you'll be glad you did it. And there are a lot of recipes out there to help you.
