Slight drop...would like more but satisfied as I'm still losing while increasing carbs. Have also lost inches, especially my waist but also a little everywhere. I notice a change in body mass distribution by the way my clothes fit and I have worn items that haven't fit for a long time.
I don't think I'll move to another rung on the carb ladder this week. Ill just take the next week to incorporate the new carb foods I've introduced already, ensure foundation vegetables are eaten in correct proportion daily and try to keep the carb count around 30 daily and see how it goes.
I'm also cooking a bit more, using recipes from low carb sites I receive from Pinterest.
