OK, start of a new week. Saturday wasn't so bad, but the rest of the week really sucked dietwise. This morning I have breakfast taken care of so my start is very good. Now if I can just keep up the momentum for the next 2 meals I will be satisfied. I was very busy with company Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday I golfed and then went to KFC for lunch. Now that was a bad idea. Friday was another bad idea. I need to get this under control! I'm only hurting myself.
