OK, start of a new week. Saturday wasn't so bad, but the rest of the week really sucked dietwise. This morning I have breakfast taken care of so my start is very good. Now if I can just keep up the momentum for the next 2 meals I will be satisfied.
I was very busy with company Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday I golfed and then went to KFC for lunch. Now that was a bad idea. Friday was another bad idea. I need to get this under control! I'm only hurting myself.

You have done so very well - you know what to do - change is difficult sometimes.

It is so hard to stay on track with so many terrible food options in front of us every day. You really have to be mindful all the time. Just put it behind and focus on today.
