Once a month we have an agency meeting that has a potluck with a theme that goes with it. This month's theme is sandwiches and I am bringing sliced cheese so I needed to buy some. When I got to the store I remembered that I needed some yogurt. The amount of brands of yogurt is amazing. You have to remember that I live in a small town so I can only imagine what a supermarket in a city has. I was also shocked at the amount of calorie differences in the different flavors of yogurt. Crazy! Glad I am back to reading labels.
