Thank you. I am hoping this will help me. Nothing else seems to.

I don't know if anyone else has this problem,if so I would like to hear about it and any way to deal with it. I can weigh myself in the morning and way X then the next day I can gain from 1-6 lbs. I know this is not possible, at least not when talking about fat. I hold a lot of fluid. One time, while being monitored at the hospital I managed to gain 6 lbs. between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. I was at work all that day so I was not eating or drinking anything except water. It is disheartening to be loosing weight, feeling pretty good then stand on the scale the next day or so and find I have regained all lost plus a couple of pounds. Even when I am watching my food intake.

I would try weighing only one time per week to see progress. The scale is not always accurate die to water, sodium, etc. Once a week will encourage you.

Also use a tape measure and see inches lost!

my weight can fluctuate 3-4 pounds overnight and of course it is not fat...but it sure is frustrating! I usually weigh once or twice a week and HIDE the scale in-between! :)
