Here comes the real test. The Weekend.

17 more days until Nov and I am not rushing it, just aware. I've got to keep pushing, keep pushing.
250.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Look at your graph, Ches! You are doing great! The weekend can work in your advantage. I save up "calories" for my three days off. It has worked out so far.

Have a great weekend and watch your numbers. They are just other days, same as the rest of the week. Once you get through this one next weekend will be a little easier.
