Rocker and Panigale are right. A free meal is sound financial planning.

I've been exercising for almost 2 months now. Changed my eating habits. I eat no greasy food. I eat lots of fish and green veggies. Drink lots of water ( about 1 gal a day ) but I can't seem to notice a difference. The 1st month I thought I saw results but now I don't feel I do anymore. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I even cut back on coffee :( I cut back on sugar and unhealthy snacks. I get protein in the morning. I eat my fruits, nuts etc.... I try to do as much of green smoothies as I can. any suggestions?????

:) Nothing wrong with a good steak, except if you are dedicated vegan. I hope you enjoyed your freebee!

Kattay. There's nothing like a good steak even if they are vegans. (Pass it to me please.)

@jacquilu Make sure to not over do the nuts/seeds, they are easy to over eat and the calories can add up- try snacking on raw veggies or a piece of fruit instead- also try to up your healthy fat intake with coconut oil. These are some suggestions since I do not know your daily food intake
