Holy crap! Wasn't expecting that. I needed some positive results to keep me motivated. I struggled a bit this week, having a little 100-150 calorie snack before bed a few times. I get up at 4:15 three days a week to run, so I figured the extra carbs were put to good use. I'm averaging 1,800 calories eaten and 3,100 burned per day since January 6th. This weekend will be difficult as my wife and I are going out to dinner with her sister and brother-in-law to an Irish pub. I don't recall that being health food... Then there's a Superbowl party Sunday. As long as I keep filling up with water I should be okay.

My half marathon training is on pace, but after Sunday's 10 mile run I had a tough time getting through Tuesday and Thursday's runs. My lower legs are pretty beat up. I'm going to pick up another pair of compression socks that should help. I've run 22 miles so far this week and have another 6 mile run on tap for today. The weight I've lost so far has already made a difference. So far so good.
