Yesterday I started the dietbet.com My natural sista's challenge. Hopefully I can lose 4% which is 6lbs. I just need to stay motivated. I also thought I was 5'3", turns out, I'm 5'4" hahaha!! I'm still following the fat loss fasting system by Sara Solomon and I think I will throw in a 30 day challenge in the evening while doing HiiT workouts while fasting during the mornings. I'm getting this money!!
149.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
