Morning weigh in of 212.4 despite eating 1250 and 1450 calories on the two days after a 4200 calorie indulgence day on Saturday. Stomach is hard, so probably just need to let the food pass through and let nature take its course. Will eat 1400-1500 calories each day this week to finish the month. Weights and HIIT treadmill tonight.
211.6 lb Lost so far: 113.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I think the upside of understanding how your body processes certain macros etc is that you don't panic and are aware. Lean gains is great. Agree.
