today has been a great day ,,, got most of my walking in ,, it rained the latter part when I got to the school didn't walk ,,, sadddddd <3 any who feel really turned on about walking these days <3 helping with a good attitude exc ,,,, Love ya Lord Thanks so much for helping me walking even though I know my knee will be mad at me in the long run I believe it well help me heal better ,, Love ya Dolores Lynn for Loving yourself enough to care about your body ,,, this is awesome <3 to Love my Body the way the Lord does is My dream my goal <3 Praying for my FS Family that you to are taking care of that gift from above your body <3 sweet dreams <3
