A lower calorie day, plus some crazy intense dead lifting has pulled me out of the 150s again. Last time I got out I told myself I would never go back in. I'm going to say this again, and this time I wont go back.

Really want to focus more on lifting. I find my body just reacts really well to it, I end up generally losing more weight, and I enjoy it a lot more. Everyone's body is different, and maybe this is just what works for me best. Which is great because I hate cardio anyways.

For the record, it has been a few weeks since I really did some heavy dead lifting, and I feel as though I've been hit by a truck.
