Is it completely outrageous that I want to buy a $35 water bottle?! I found a new neat water bottle company called S'well. The bottles are double walled, so that means that they don't drip everywhere, they are leakproof (which is the biggest issue I have with all my current water bottles), and they keep cold drinks cold for 24 hours, and warm drinks warm for 12. Not to mention, the bottles themselves are incredibly awesome looking and they can fit in a car's cup holder (another issue I have with my current water bottles). They come in three sizes, and their largest size can carry a full bottle of wine. The medium sized one (the most practical) however, is $35. Its upsetting because I want it so badly, but I really cannot justify spending $35 on a water bottle. I just cant. Maybe once I get my weight moving on a consistent basis again I can use it as a goal prize for myself, but until then I will continue to use my horrible, leaky water bottles :(

If anyone else wants to check them out, here's the website!

Hope everyone has a great day!

It's not outrageous. It's understandable. But I wouldn't go there if I were you. I've recently noticed that since I've put a stop to my out-of-control eating, I've had a bit of a problem with out-of-control spending. And spending on your health is perfectly justified, right? It's a slippery slope. I think it's a good idea you had that you use it as a goal reward. Just my two cents...and I'm spending like crazy, lol. ;-)

P.S. I use one of the contigo water bottles they sell in sets of 3 here in Costco, for about $20 a set. It's kind of like the Autoseal Madison on the Contigo website. It isn't insulating, but it is durable, easy to clean and doesn't leak. I've dropped it on the concreted about a dozen times and it's still going strong after about 3 years.

Haha thanks! Yeah, its really hard, and I really don't think I would spend money on it, unless I did use it as one of my bigger goal prizes. I have extreme buyers remorse for anything that I buy myself that I don't "need" so I know if I buy it I'm just going to feel guilty anyways!
