Well I woke up just after midnight and haven't been able to go back to sleep . Got a text from my walking buddy and she said she can't walk today. I had breakfast and waiting for my coffee to be done. I was thinking to go on the walk by my self but I'm so sleepy I may have to wait. I just don't know what to do. I think I may go back to bed and take a shorter walk this evening if it's not to hot
