well no work out today. did some straightening with my arms. i felt extra hungry to day so ive had alot of greens. still waiting for dinner after dinner the kitchen is closed for food only drinks. this is going to be a challenge for be because im always wanting a snack before bed to keep me tied over to the next day. we will see how it goes but i have faith i can do it trying to have will power for me is hard i get so discouraged/

I am also in The Kitchen is Closed challenge. I have stopped snacking after dinner, too. I drink two cups of decaffeinated tea and chew sugar free gum. Hope you get some sleep tonight.
