Went over a bit on the fat... Tailgating tonight and had to have those yummy jalapeno chips and a burger that I haven't had in a long time. First processed food that I've had in almost 6 weeks. Grass fed beef, 90% lean. It was really yummy. Left the stadium early as the Texans were getting blown out by 9ers. Pre-season, oh well. Traveling for the first home game and bummed we won't be in our seats but we'll catch the game somewhere! Looking forward to our vacation.

Tough bike ride today as the winds were a bit hard heading north. I really don't like a north wind. I have a trek mountain bike and I ride on sidewalks and blacktop. Challenged myself to ride at least 50 miles (weather permitting) a week. Tomorrow will have completed 7 full weeks! My bike is heavy, and so am I so my fastest speed on a hard gear (to provide resistance and a great cardio workout) is 13.2 mph. Longest ride so far has been 15.45. 3 rides so far this week and only need 8 miles to make my 50, but depending on the weather and wind, would like to hit at least 15 tomorrow. No plans for Saturday, so just might ride some extra miles. I love seeing how many calories burned. Motivation right there! That's why I don't feel bad about going over on fat a tad today.

Well FS family. Keep on keeping ourselves healthy and continue with a positive attitude. I use to weigh 145 and loved wearing regular sized clothes. I will keep moving toward that goal. Loved how I felt back then.
