Wow, you're exactly at goal. Great job! What do you plan on doing from here?

I'm at my goal number, but I've lost weight party due to being a bit ill the past few weeks and haven't been eating and exercising as I normally would (so lost muscle weight as well). So as soon as I get into a sustainable routine, exercising and losing weight more slowly (sustainably) I can reach this goal weight with my goal shape (does that make sense?) But I'm still happy about every step forward and it feels good seeing the number! Thanks for the support!! xx

Yes, it makes sense. I understand that you want to gain muscle and lose fat by working out and eating cleaner probably. Do you want your weight to go down any lower or maintain the same weight?

I'd rather maintain it more or less, but while gaining muscle and losing fat. So it's a good number for me (this was my weight when I was very active and had a good fat to muscle ratio). But I'd rather see how things go and change my goals along the the way, rather than clinging to a number. My weight has actually been more or less the same for a very long time (not referring to a plateau but rather a healthy set point. So keeping my Metabolic issues in mind, I don't wan't to push my body beyond what is healthy. Hahaha, I never really grew after grade 8 now that I think about it? I suppose it's better to stay the same rather than yo-yo-ing between sizes in a way.
